Cancellation & Resceduling Policy
By booking an appointment at Saint Rose Salon, you are agreeing to our cancelation policy and consenting to any cancellation charges.
We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you call the salon at least 24 hours in advance.
Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or missed appointments, will result in a fee of 50% of the service value or deposit amount. This fee must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
As a courtesy, we will send a confirmation text 2 days before your appointment as a friendly reminder. If any changes are needed, please contact the salon at least 24 hours in advance.

Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
Wednesday: 9am - 8pm
Thursday: 10am - 8pm
Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday: 9am - 2pm
